A couple of months ago, I ordered a GY model from your company. Now that my model has arrived, I just wanted to write a quick note to ask you to thank, on my behalf, all the people involved in this transaction.

After making the initial order, I had rang a number of times to ask a lot of questions and also to change my spec (twice!), all my enquiries and alterations were dealt with politely and efficiently, and most of all in a very friendly manner - if anyone had to get back to me, they always did within the time they had allotted to do so.

I was kept informed every step of the way as to how my order was proceeding, I was duly notified - in advance - when payment was taken and not only when the shipment was to be made, but also when the item was expected to arrive.....on top of which, I received a phone call on the day of despatch to confirm that my shipment had been sent.

As a student at London College of Fashion back in the late 80s, I had ordered a female dress stand from K&L and had received excellent customer service which I always remembered so, now that I am expanding my line into menswear, it was a pleasure to be able to return to Kennett and Lindsell for this purchase.

Considering the number of suppliers I have to deal with on a daily basis, and how much of my time is wasted having to chase around after things that I've ordered, not to mention having to deal with an almost universal apathy on the part of most company's sales teams and customer service departments once an order has been made, it is, sadly, rare that I get to write a congratulatory letter, but I just had to take the time out to let you know - this transaction has been fantastic: Trouble free, polite, friendly, efficient to the enth degree, an all round genuine pleasure for me; your team is a real credit to you - thank you.

I am a student in pattern cutting and I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Helen Ball at Kennett and Lindsell. I went onto the company's website and wrote my request about the mannequin I wanted to order. The day after, Helen responded to my email and I had all the information I needed. After an exchange of a few emails, Helen explained I was eligible to a discount as I was a student! I passed on my order and I received my mannequin a few weeks later, well packed. I am still very pleased with it as the quality is just perfect. I had a great experience with Kennett and Lindsell (reactivity, clear explanation and following up) and I will recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all of your help and understanding throughout the K&L order process. The dummy arrived today and we are more than happy with it!! Can't wait to start using it.
